BSC are pleased to be involved in this collaborative initiative with Gower College that aims to ease the transition between Education and Employment for its students. For the second time BSC has found one of its work experience placements to be in receipt of a prestigious award.
As a local Company, BSC have been impressed with the calibre of both the College’s Engineering and Electronic facilities and the quality of learning that was being provided to students, practically on our doorstep. This collaborative initiative of linking local employers with skilled students brings benefits both parties and as a local employer, BSC are encouraged that the College is committed to bridging the gap between the learning and the work place environment.
