BSC would like to thank all employees for their commitment and time dedicated to our recent Health & Safety Training Programme.
Over the past 4 months, employees have undertaken a variety of training & development initiatives, in order to enhance their skills and raise their awareness in what is becoming an ever increasingly important area of their day to day operations.
Congratulations to our Managers and Supervisors who have successfully completed the SSMTS and SSSTS courses and to all our employees who have recently attended the ECA Operative Safety and asbestos Awareness days.
No-one was immune from our 'Focus on H&S', with our own Director attending the SWSC Director's Roles & Responsibilities Day, together with his attendance at the rather disconcerting Mock Trial Event, which portrayed in the most emotive and realistic way, the subject of Gross Negligence Manslaughter and its effect on all parties involved.
Well done to the joint efforts of SWCSG, Working Well Together and IOSH for holding this most informative and well attended event.
