BSC are pleased join forces with Gower College to offer valuable Electrical Apprenticeship opportunities to young members of our team.
As a local Company, we have always been impressed with the calibre of both the College’s Engineering and Electronic facilities and the quality of learning that is being provided to students. We feel that as an employer we have an essential part to play in lending our support to young engineers.
Apprenticeships are a great way of attracting enthusiastic talent with fresh ideas offering a fantastic experience to combine a structured training programme with hands-on training. This allows and encourages students to put their skills into practice and gain more confidence in a working environment and this approach has an already proven track record within BSC.
18 year old, Rhys Evans is the latest BSC recruit to join an already established route of Electrical Apprenticeships as he follows in the footsteps of colleagues who now fill experienced and senior positions within the Company.
As the provider of Building Management Solutions, a relatively specialist area within the Construction Industry, the ability to tailor apprenticeships to specific job roles is very much an added value to BSC and enables the flexibility required for the specific needs of our business.
